Budget and Payroll Services
The Offices of Budgeting, Payroll and Employment Data Management are a component to the Division of Business Affairs. These Offices strive to support the mission of the University of Texas at El Paso by providing proficient financial services to support the academic, research and public service activities of the University.
Our mission is carried individually by providing different functions of the University.
- The Budget Office provides preparation, guidance and the monitoring of fiscal resources and expenditures.
- The Payroll Office assures that all employees are paid in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with federal, state and internal policies and procedures.
- The EDM Office is responsible for the timely and accurate administration for employee data and reporting system.
Budget
The Budget Office coordinates and prepares the annual operating budget for approval by the Board of Regents.
